Tucked away in a hidden corner of the pretty Cotswold village of Westrip,
The Carpenters Arms is definitely a pub worth searching for.
The Carpenters Arms From its position high on the hillside below Randwick, amazing panoramic views over the Stroud Valley from both the beer garden and the recently refurbished restaurant are just the start of the attraction of this old English pub.

Real ales such as Wadsworth's 6X and Greene's IPA are regular visitors to the well stocked bar and serve as a perfect compliment to the home cooked food that is Janes speciality.

Jane, a hotel trained chef lovingly prepares the highly acclaimed menu using home grown vegetables with locally sourced meat and produce wherever and whenever possible.
"Good food served quickly and not fast food served in a hurry" is Jane's motto.
The Specials Board is regularly changing to offer an even wider choice from the pub's kitchen and smaller portion meals are always an option for light eaters or the bigger kids.
A varied childrens menu is also available.

The Carps as it is affectionately known locally is always happy to cater for smaller functions or gatherings too (up to about 40 people) for christenings, birthdays, anniversary celebrations, funeral wakes or any other similar occasions.
Regular pub quizzes and themed nights are held on a Saturday night.
